Human Resources Officer

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and genuinely care for employees through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the hotel a better place to work.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide insight on policies and procedures and performance management
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement with all colleagues
• Maintain learning & development records
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience as HR Officer or other HR positions, preferably in hospitality industry
• Knowledge in HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, learning & development etc.)
• Proficiency in written/spoken Chinese (Cantonese)and English
