Risk Management & Sustainability Officer

Key Duties 

• Support Enterprise Risk Management and business continuity activities, updating documents and coordinating meetings.
• Assist climate-related risk assessments and integration into corporate processes.
• Implement our Sustainability Strategy (incl. Green Terminal Programme).
• Maintain and improve Environmental & Energy Management Systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 50001).
• Track and report key sustainability metrics (GHG, energy, waste, volunteering).
• Coordinate audits, campaigns, trainings, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare sustainability communications, publications and award submissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Experience organizing green events and promotions.
• Preferred: 2+ years’ sustainability/ESG reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of ESG standards (e.g., GRI, ISSB, TCFD) and GHG accounting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
