Chief Concierge (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overall supervision to Concierge
• Handle guests’ luggage transportation and storage with care and efficiency
• Answer guest queries regarding places of interest and make recommendation.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary educated or HKDSE holder graduate, Certificate holder in Hospitality Management preferable
• 7 years relevant experience
• Mature, decisive,  independent, service-oriented and well-organized
• Possesses a valid driver license
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
