We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Insurance Marketing Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the Distribution department’s business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, product penetration, and cross-selling opportunities
- Use data analytics to identify customer insights, market trends, and opportunities for targeted marketing activities
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotion materials development for distribution partners and sales teams
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Work closely with both external and internal stakeholders in distribution, channel, marketing, analytics and proposition to maximize customer and joint-business outcomes
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports with actionable recommendations
- Help to manage marketing budgets and track ROI for various initiatives
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant insurance regulations and company policies
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement within the marketing team
Requirements
- University graduate with degree preferably in business administration, marketing or communication related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services, advertising & marketing, digital or customer insight
- Strong drive-in customer centricity, with proven ability on the implementation of marketing projects, engagement activities, or advertising
- Strong in self-motivation, communication and the ability to work under effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment under pressure
- Strong data analytical, creative, results-driven approach and innovation mindset
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
