Housekeeping Supervisor 房務督導

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for checking the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in a professional manner
• Handle guest requests and complaints regarding Housekeeping service on guest floors and take appropriate corrective actions
• Assist the guests in case of emergency
• Prepare room cleaning assignment for AM Shift Room Attendants

Job requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience or in similar capacity
• Good communication skills and able to work independently under pressure
