Section Head & Executive Vice President - Corporate Banking (China Corp focus)

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams (Local and China Corp) in managing relationship coverage for the assigned business segments/ target markets
• Deepen client relationships with existing corporate clients and solicit new clients/businesses
• Manage and grow existing portfolio of assigned segments including multinational conglomerates, top tier blue chips, local large corporates, property developers, funds, etc.
• Monitor team performance against business targets / plans
• Manage the full spectrum of credit process and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance, Economics or related discipline, with HKICPA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent professional qualifications an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years’ corporate banking experiences in deal origination and client relationship management with well-developed business connections
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship building skills
• Sales & customer oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
