Officer, Property Services (Project) - 24-month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing handover documents and providing clerical support for new projects
  • Consolidate information from internal stakeholders and prepare documents such as objectives, plans, schedules, meeting minutes and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive new initiatives and technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring seamless and timely project execution
  • Organize and provide support in various training and workshops
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience; possess experience in property management or project management is preferred; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Property Services
  • Strong Interpersonal skill, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with can-do attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Proficient in MS Office
