Responsibilities
• Assist the Security Manager in fire safety management and occupational safety management, ensuring all safety equipment, facilities and procedures align with local laws.
• Supervise the security team to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Be responsible for staff trainings related to fire safety, emergency response and occupational safety.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and any suspicious activities.
• Take charge of the investigation of all incidents reports and staff injury reports.
• Ensure surveillance equipment monitoring most of the important areas in the Hotel as well as communication equipment are in good condition and functioning.
• Maintain liaison with local Government agencies and emergency services as needed.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by Security Manager.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures especially in fire safety management, and surveillance systems.
• Good understanding of local laws and regulations related to hotel security.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit.
• Certification in first aid, or relevant security training programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of computer skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
