Responsibilities
- Accountable for carrying out and assist the Passenger Services Supervisor in monitoring the Passenger Services team and ensuring quality customer services is provided.
- Provide passenger reception and check-in services to our clients and assist junior officers, shift in-charge.
- Assist supervisors ensure tidiness of counter areas and smooth operations.
- Supervise check-in service at check-in counter / in-town check-in counter / transfer desk counter / Skypier counter in the absence of supervisors.
- Provide supervision at Airlines Service Desk in the absence of supervisors.
- Perform pre-flight checking and post-flight duties.
- Support and assist Passenger Services Officers in handling of difficult situations or passenger in the absence of supervisors.
- Coach new-joiners and observe their performance as well as give feedback to supervisors if any poor performance observed.
- Assist counter supervisors ensure all Passenger Services Officers comply with new handling requirement of customer airlines if any.
- Perform seat controller functions, editing Customer Airlines‘ flights, placing preliminary catering meal order and adjustment in accordance with the procedural requirements.
- Compiling flight control reports and survey, monitoring passenger acceptance and performing equipment change, seat reallocation and preparing flight briefing sheet when required.
- Carrying out and assist the Passenger Services Supervisor in monitoring the arrival and Departure duties.
- Acting as gate in-charge for departure flights.
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience and able to work independently.
- Self-discipline and adaptable to working pressure.
- Acquired two or above check-in system skills is preferable.
- Mature with good interpersonal skill, and be dedicated to providing high levels of customer service.
