(Senior) Supervisor, Technical Services (高級)工程主管 - 九龍灣商場(A牌)

職責:

• 帶領技術員團隊及或獨立處理日常各設施及系統的維護保養、檢查、維修及緊急故障處理工作。
• 向技術團隊提供技術支援並提出改進行動建議。
• 履行主管指派的其他職務。
• 監督和協調外判承辦商的工作細節、工作進度、工藝、安全等。
• 定期撰寫工作記錄, 物料清單及檢查報告。

要求:

• 中五或以上，持有電氣/屋宇設備/其他相關工程等證書或文憑以上者優先考慮。
• 5年或以上大廈、酒店或商場等物業保養維修及前線管理經驗。
• 持有電力(A牌或以上)、水喉、油漆、泥水、等相關牌照或技術證書優先考慮。
• 具有團隊合作精神及能獨立工作。
• 操流利粵語, 英語 (略懂), 懂簡單中英文書寫。
• 需要輪班當值，颱風及突發狀況時值班。
• 經驗較多者將被考慮為高級工程主管。

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of technicians and/or independently handle the daily maintenance, inspection, repair and emergency troubleshooting of various facilities and systems in the building. 
• To provide technical support and make suggestions for improvement actions to the technician team.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• To monitor and coordinate the work details, work progress, workmanship, safety, etc. of outsourced contractors.
• To submit work records, material list and check list.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, holder of certificate or diploma above in electrical / building services / other related engineering, etc. is an advantage.
• 5 years or above of property maintenance and front-line management experience in buildings, hotels, or shopping malls.
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (A0 or above), Licensed Plumber, Painting, Builder's, etc. is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and work independently
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and simple English. 
• Perform shift duty and be on duty during typhoon and other emergencies.
• More experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor, Technical Services.
