部長 Captain (中菜廳 Chinese Cuisine)

We are looking for a Captain based at The Aberdeen Marina Club! 

As a Captain​​​​​, we rely on you to:

• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the sections appointed
  監督並確保所負責部門之日常運作順暢
• Provide excellent service to members and guests according to club standard
  根據會所標準為會員及賓客提供優質服務​​​​
• To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints
  處理並採取適當行動處理任何會員投訴
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and is responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant to the highest standard
  確保衛生及清潔，並負責將餐廳維持於最高標準
• Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
  確保正確使用設備並定期清潔
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigne
  協助處理臨時安排的工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry
  最少三年餐飲業相關工作經驗
• Strong managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
  具備良好的領導能力、策略規劃及決策能力
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  具備良好的溝通及人際關係技巧
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  良好的英語，廣東話及普通話能力
