The Repulse Bay is seeking for Culinary Coordinator to support the daily operation for Food & Beverage Department.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the Culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and compliance with internal standards.
- Manage kitchen staffing schedules, including rosters, overtime, leave, and casual labour in line with employment regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen management, section heads, and other departments to support operations, promotions, and events.
- Assist with onboarding and staff communication, including new‑joiner documents, orientation, probation tracking, and distributing kitchen notices.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including briefing notes, notice boards, and work injury documentation when required.
General requirements
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in a culinary or administrative coordination role, preferably in a hotel or food service setting.
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for scheduling and record‑keeping.
- Highly organised, able to multi‑task and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
