Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including arranging interviews, coordinating recruitment activities and handling the onboarding process
  • Review and develop effective talent acquisition channels
  • Responsible for payroll processing and taxation returns
  • Monitor MPF administration and leave administration
  • Handle work injury cases and employee relations cases
  • Act as a focal point to communicate with respective Restaurant Managers and Head Chefs
  • Maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
  • Organize shop insurance and medical insurance renewal
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
  • 5 years of HR generalist experience with exposure in the hospitality industry will be an absolute advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Cooperative, detail-minded and work independently
