Deputy Manager (Remittance & Settlement and Trade Finance) (Ref: CO-DMRTF)

Oversee and supervise staff of Remittance & Settlement and Trade Finance and be responsible for managing and administering all operational aspects, documentary credits, import and export bills activities
Establish standard operating procedures and ensure that the procedures, credit policy and AML Policy are strictly followed and review the procedures and policies periodically
Advise on appropriate technology and operations supports to business units
Arrange to review, propose and implement changes to improve and streamline the operations workflow, procedures and system functions
Ensure the Bank’s operational policies / risk management systems are properly implemented in accordance with the requirements of the HKMA, HKICL, etc. and exercising best practice
Lead all related projects from time to time, from providing user requirement to end-to-end testing
Degree holder in Banking / Business Administration or other related disciplines with minimum 10 years’ solid operations experience in banking industry of which at least 5 years at managerial level
Excellent inter-personal and managerial skills
Good PC knowledge
