Job Description

  • Provide support in Human Resources functions including but not limit to Recruitment, Payroll preparation, C&B administration, and HRIS
  • Manage and maintain the staff information and records in the HR system
  • Compile HR related statistics and reports;
  • Assist in staff relations activities
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
  • 5-7 years solid experience in hotel industry, preferably in Human Resources functions
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee  Compensation Ordinance and MPF regulations
  • Strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Detail minded and well organized
  • Mature, good analytical and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience of Oracle and Cityray HRM application, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • More experience will be considerred as Assistant Human Resources Manager
