Captain - Banquet Services (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising banquet staff in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience
• Ensure all banquet facilities functioning properly and to upkeep the maintenance and cleanliness of the banquet area
• Communicate with guest to obtain guests’ opinion and handle guest’s complaint
• Ensure banquet operation runs smoothly to ensure the service standard in order to achieve the hotel standard

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education level or HKDSE holder graduate or above, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience on banquet service
• Mature, independent and presentable
