Asian Chef 亞洲菜廚師 (5 days work 5天工作)

The Asian Chef will execute all Asian Cuisine Dishes in both a la carte and banquets operations.
亞洲菜廚師準備單點或宴會運作的所有亞洲菜式。

Job Description 工作內容

• Prepare Asian Food for any a la carte menu serving Asian Cuisine in the Club
  為會所的亞洲菜單準備亞洲食品
• Prepare Chinese Food (Hot & Cold) for any Banquet functions in the Club or outside catering
  為會所或外部餐飲場所的任何宴會活動準備中式菜式（冷熱）
• Assist Western Banquets, support Sous Chef when scheduled
  協助助理主廚支援西式宴會
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage
  與助理主廚緊密合作並協助安排食材，確保有充足存貨及避免浪費
• Maintain high standard of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times in their area of work
  在工作範圍內始終保持高標準的衛生、食品安全和清潔

Qualifications & Skills 資歷及技能要求

• Vocational Training of Professional Cooking
  曾接受職業先修或相關專業廚藝訓練
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with Chinese banquet experience
  至少3-4年類似崗位經驗，有中式宴會經驗者優先
• Good command of oral English or Cantonese
  流利英語或粵語會話
