[Contract Period: February 24, 2026 – April 30, 2026]
Job Description:
- Answer students’ enquiries including WhatsApp & Facebook
- Prepare handout, course / class materials and certificates for Migrant Workers Training programme
- Help organize special events and manage a team of volunteers
- Assist in various aspects of office operation and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement:
- High school graduate or above with 1 year relevant experience, preferably in cooking and bakery or related discipline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Knowledge of Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT; Hands-on experience with Canva
- Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication and sense of responsibility with flexibility and good customer services skills
- Hardworking with good working attitude and manner while working in a team
- Good analytical, planning and organizing ability
- Able to work at least 16 hours a week on weekdays including Sundays or Public Holidays.
