About the Role

As a Management Associate, you will gain comprehensive exposure across Hotel Operational Departments, empowering you with hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide personalized, high-quality service to all guests, focusing on emerging markets such as Mainland China, India, and the Middle East, while also ensuring smooth integration with daily hotel operations.

Cultural Sensitivity: Apply a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and business practices to enhance guest experiences, seamlessly integrating cultural awareness into everyday hotel operations.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hotel departments to deliver tailored experiences for guests from emerging markets, ensuring that these efforts align with the hotel’s daily operational standards.

Market Insights: Utilize knowledge of emerging markets to inform service offerings and operational strategies, ensuring that the hotel can efficiently cater to guests from various regions.

Event Coordination: Plan and support events for corporate clients and guests from these emerging markets, coordinating seamlessly with hotel operations to ensure smooth execution.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any concerns from guests across different markets, working closely with hotel operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

 

About You

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Cultural Studies Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • Prior exposure to delivering the luxury service to guests from diverse region is definitely an advantage, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural practices and business etiquette, with the ability to adapt different cultural contexts.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and the ability to integrate cultural insights into daily hotel operations
  • Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience to guests from various markets
  • Proactive, attention to details and guest-oriented team player.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, other language skills are a plus
