Lead the end-to-end HRMS transformation project with IT, including vendor selection, solution design, integration with banking systems, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and post-go-live optimization
Lead and coordinate with HR teams for the user requirements, testing and process optimization
Set clear project objectives and ensure quality deliverables throughout the system transformation project
Proactively monitor project progress, identify and report potential issues and provide practicable solutions
Requirements
At least 8 years of project management experience in HRMS / HRIS system implementation and enhancement, with no less than 3 years in project leader position
Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines
Hands on knowledge in payroll procedures, data governance, HR analytics and operations of key HR functions such as on and off boarding, performance management, benefits administration, training and development
Strong communication and project management skills with change, forward-looking and data-driven mindset
Fluent Cantonese and good command of written Chinese and English
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
