工作職責

• 監督清潔團隊為貴賓室的公共區域， 淋浴室及洗手間提供清潔服務，時刻保持衛生，確保符合公司的衛生標準
• 履行清潔任務，例如除塵，打蠟和清洗地毯等
• 制定每週工作更表
• 辨識員工的培訓需求，協助制定正式的培訓計劃

Job description

• Supervise housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in public areas, shower rooms, and restrooms.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Prepare weekly work schedules for the team.
• Identify training needs and assist in developing formal training plans.

入職要求

• 最少4年相關工作經驗，具擔任主管級別經驗
• 熟悉及懂得操作清潔機器
• 服務為先，具良好的溝通能力及人際交往能力
• 能獨立工作和承受壓力
• 能操流利廣東話及一般英文
• 需夜間及通宵工作

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable in operating cleaning machines.
• Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese and conversational in English.
• Willing to work night shifts.
