Senior Officer / Officer, IT Support (Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

• Handling user requests of computer hardware and software maintenance services
• Supporting IT help desk services and hardware/software problem management
• Providing onsite services at branches/ departments offices for problem solving including fixing hardware and software problems, computer equipment installation and set-up, and answering end users' inquiries on computer equipment usage

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Diploma holder in Computing Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in desktop hardware and software maintenance supports, preferably in banking industry
• Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge
• Good communication skills with ability to work under pressure
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
