As the Security Officer at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, your will perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets.
作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店的保安主任，您將執行酒店保安工作，以確保賓客、員工、酒店以及酒店資產的安全。

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Patrolling and monitoring hotel premises to ensure a secure environment.
  巡邏監控酒店各場所，確保環境安全
• Collaborating with Front Office in maintaining hotel driveway and entrance traffic.
  與前堂部合作，維護酒店車道和入口的交通
• Assisting guests and associates with security-related concerns.
  協助賓客和員工解決保安相關問題
• Responding promptly to hazardous situations, emergencies and incidents immediately.
  迅速回應危險、緊急情況和事件。
• Collaborating with the Security Manager and team to uphold security and safety standards.
  與保安經理和團隊合作，維護安全標準。

What we need from you
我們對您的要求

• A minimum of 1 year work experience in hotel security team.
  至少1年酒店保安工作經驗
• A holder of Security Personnel Permit. 
  持有保安人員許可證
• A holder of valid first aider and AED certificate.
  持有有效的急救證書和自動體外心臟去纖維性顫動法證書
• Strong service mindset, observational and problem solving skills.
  良好的服務意識、觀察力和解決問題的能力
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  良好的溝通和人際技巧
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), speaking and writing.
  流利的英語和中文（粵語和普通話）的口語和寫作能力
