Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and guests' enquiries
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports and records keeping
  • Shift duties will be required 

Requirements

  • F.5 or above, Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related discipline
  • Experience in hotel or service industry will be preferred
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good in using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
