Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

  • Assist in supervising the operation of the staff canteen; 
    協助監督員工飯堂之運作;
     
  • Prepare ingredients and cooking dishes;
    預備和處理及烹調用的食材,以供應酒店員工需求;
     
  • Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and align with the IHG services standard and it’s standard of both personal and food hygiene and appearance.
    確保個人、廚房和食物的清潔和衛生附合標準。

Job Requirements 職位要求:

  • Knowledge in food and beverage with excellent cooking skills;
    有良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧;
     
  • Good command in Cantonese and basic communication in English;
    懂粵語及簡單英語;
     
  • Over 10 years experience in Hotel is preferred.
    具10年以上酒店相關工作經驗。
