Senior Officer / Officer – Club InterContinental

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Club Lounge reception and food & beverage operations;
• Provide courteous service to VIP guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, complaints and requests;
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs of VIP guests;
• Check guests’ satisfaction to ensure total service excellence;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related studies;
• Excellent communication skills with good spoken English and Mandarin;
• 2 years related working experience is an added advantage;
