Vice President, IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and maintain technical solution implementation road map to achieve the strategic goals of the Bank and facilitate business development through adoption of suitable technologies.   
• Drive and lead technical implementation to realize tactical initiatives from inception to completion. 
• Manage IT projects end-to-end including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project initiation/planning, risk assessment/mitigation, reporting and documentation preparation, change management as well as post-implementation and audit reviews. 
• Collaborate with different stakeholders, business partners and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
  
   
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Holder of PMP, ECF-Fintech is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant IT project management experience, preferably from banking industry.  Knowledge in digital transformation, cloud computing, or core banking will be an advantage.
• Good banking business domain knowledge, particularly in the above mentioned areas. 
• Strive for continuous improvement and strong organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritize and schedule activities to achieve deliverables.
• Good writing and presentation skills to present programme, reports and project plans to management and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence others and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership, proficiency in vendor management, team management, business user liaison.
