Guest Services Manager

Responsibilities

  • To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the Department heads
  • To provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time
  • To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests, resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest complaints, compliments, and suggestion to the management
  • To maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action to achieve the highest level of hospitality service

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas
  • Neat and well groomed appearance
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skill and can work independently under pressure
  • Friendly and guest oriented
  • Knowledge of Opera system
  • Degree or Diploma holder or related discipline
  • More experience will be considered as Senior GSM
