Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining all account files, including updating of company and contact information
  • Qulify general inquiries, respond personally, and direct to appropriate sales person
  • Prepares and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Provides secretarial duties and ad hoc duties as required
  • Builds and maintains strong relationship with the establiched clientele and constantly explore into new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Great communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
