Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating, implementing and monitoring ESG strategic plan
• Provide recommendations and strategic plan to the Management in responding to the change in market and industry trend
• Maintain green and sustainable finance classification standards, expanding and conducting regular reviews, and supporting practical implementation
• Responsible for regulatory communication related to classification standards, external publicity, and internal training
• Act as a project manager in coordinating and implementing ESG strategic projects, and liaising with other business units
• Conduct research on various sustainability-related topics

Requirements:

• University graduate major in Economics / Business Administration / Finance / Environmental Science
• 4 years or above solid experience in banking / ESG / business planning and consultancy.
• Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
• Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
• Well-versed with Office applications
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (fluent in Cantonese is preferred) 
• Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
• Experience in business / ESG research analysis is preferred
