Guest Services Agent 賓客服務員 (半年/一年合約)
Dorsett Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide information regarding hotel services
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Minimum working hours are 68 hours or above per month
- Availability for the morning shift (07:00 am - 4:00 pm), Monday to Friday, is preferred
