Guest Services Agent – Guest Service Centre (Telephone Operator) (賓客服務員–客務中心)

At the moment, we are looking for a Guest Services Agent – Guest Service Centre to join our professional team at The Royal Garden Kowloon East. 

目前，我們正在尋找一位 賓客服務員 - 客務中心 加入我們九龍東帝苑酒店的專業團隊。

Job Responsibilities 工作職責: 

• Handle both internal and external phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  專業及有禮地接聽內部和外部的電話。
• Handle guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor. 
  滿足客人需要或請求，並向主管匯報投訴情況。
• Attend to all guest queries and requests promptly. 
  及時處理客人所有詢問和要求。

Job Requirements 工作要求:

• 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience.
  具有1年客務款接服務之工作經驗，或與此相關的工作經驗。
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent. 
  具有高中或酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相關的專業証書。
• Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.
  具有講，讀和寫簡單英語及普通話能力。
• Proficient in the use of Front Office OPERA System is an advantage. 
  能熟悉前堂OPERA電腦系統經驗者優先考慮。
