(i) To carry out acceptance test, inspection, operation, and emergency repair for boilers, mechanical/ compressed air/ steam equipment and installations including associated electrical and electronic components/ devices as instructed by the Service Manager and its delegated inspectorate staff;

按照服務經理及其委派檢查員的指示，對鍋爐、機械/壓縮空氣/蒸汽設備及裝置包括相關電氣和電子部件/裝置進行驗收測試、檢查、操作和緊急維修；

(ii) To liaise and coordinate with Government departments, Hospital Authority, maintenance agents and works contractor on the operation and maintenance of boilers, mechanical/ compressed air/ steam equipment and installations and related minor builder's works;

與政府部門、醫院管理局、維護代理和工程承包商聯絡和協調鍋爐、機械/壓縮空氣/蒸汽設備及裝置的操作和維護以及相關小型建築工程；

(iii) To perform planning of works and preparation of working programmes for repair and maintenance works;

執行工程規劃和準備維修和維護工程的工作計劃；

(iv) To evaluate the quotations and document submitted by works contractors and drawings submitted by works contractor and their actual work done;

評估工程承包商提交的報價和文件以及工程承包商提交的圖紙及其實際完成的工作；

(v) To measure/ re-measure the work done and verification of invoices against accepted quotations;

測量/重新測量完成的工作並驗證發票與接受的報價；

(vi) To prepare the reports;

(vii) To assist in the engineering works carried out under contracts for the repair and maintenance of boilers, mechanical/ compressed air/ steam equipment and installations including associated electrical and electronic components/ devices and related minor builder's works;

(viii) To attend urgent repair at any time and to provide mobile number for quick communication; and

(ix) To perform any other relevant duties assigned from time to time by the Service Manager.

(1) The Mechanical Technician(s) I shall:

a. Either (I) served an approved apprenticeship in related field with at least three (3) years' post-apprenticeship experience;

Or (II) have at least six (6) years' experience in servicing of commercial/ industrial mechanical equipment and installations;

b. Be a Registered Electrical Worker under category of Grade A or above;

c. Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate; and

d. Have a basic command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

a. (I) 在相關領域完成認可學徒訓練，並具備至少三(3)年學徒後經驗；

或 (II) 具備至少六(6)年商業/工業機械設備及裝置的維修經驗；

b. 為A級或以上註冊電業工程人員；

c. 持有有效的建造業安全訓練證書；及

d. 具備基本的英語及中文口語及書寫能力。
