Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead daily restaurant and bar operations and staff management at hotel lobby lounge and bar.
  • Ensure high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Develop new ideas and manage projects to enhance restaurant and bar reputation and maximize revenue.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Train and supervise restaurant and bar staff on best practices and service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area.
  • Be responsible for any other tasks assigned by Department Head.

Qualifications

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or F&B Management or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in restaurant and bar supervision, preferably in hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
  • Certification in alcohol service is a plus. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
