Senior Associate (Operational and Technology Risk)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Operational and Technology Risk Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions:
• Formulate and maintain operational and technology risk management frameworks and policies for the HKMC Group;
• Implement risk governance, standards and procedures;
• Conduct risk management assessments and data analytics for risk related initiatives;
• Prepare risk management reports;
• Conduct research to keep abreast of regulatory requirements and market practices; and
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline;
• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in operational or technology risk management function of financial institutions or insurance companies;
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills with good command of written English;
• Good understanding of local regulatory requirements relevant to operational or technology risk management in the financial industry;
• Hands on experience in compiling risk management report and presentation is preferred; and
• Experiences in electronic workflow management and programming is a plus.

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Associate.)
