The University is now looking for a high caliber professional to join our building services (operation & maintenance) team – HVAC Division.
The appointee will provide administrative and technical support on operation and maintenance of the University’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations, building management system, control for building services facilities, etc. to ensure they are operated and maintained in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.
The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
Applicants should have an associate degree/higher diploma/higher certificate in mechanical engineering, building services engineering or related disciplines plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience, 3 years of which should be at supervisory level. A good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English as well as AutoCAD application is essential. The ideal candidate should also have good analytical and organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
