Responsibilities

  • Assist in Front Office daily operations
  • Handle guests' check-in and check-out procedures, and answer enquiries

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel industry
  • Energetic with cheerful and hospitable personalities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduate are also welcome
