• Central 

Job Duties:

• Mixing, kneading, and stretching dough to the right consistency and size
• Operating and monitor ovens, dough and slicing machines
• Operating pizza ovens, monitoring cooking times, and ensuring pizzas are baked evenly and to perfection
• Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
• Monitoring food quality and hygiene
• Managing the operation of kitchen Assisting in other kitchen duties
