Assistant Accounting Manager (Pension Fund)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and monitor portfolio of investment positions including trades and NAV calculation on a daily basis
• Handle full set of accounts including the preparation of vouchers, accounting schedules, bank reconciliation, and various management reports
• Manage daily trade settlement and resolve unmatched and fail trade issue
• Liaise with prime brokers, investment managers and custodians in relation to trading activities
• Process subscription and redemption orders in a timely manner
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, pension fund accounting is a must
• Independent and self-motivated ,with good problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS office application; familiar with Chinese word processing
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Experience in using SAP is highly preferred
