Assistant Manager - Investment Dept

Responsibilities：

• Assist team constructing and implementing fixed income investment strategies under SAA guidelines and TAA guidelines;
• Assist team work closely with the asset manager enhance portfolio performance;
• Assist team manages related insurance accounts;
• Daily monitoring of fixed income markets and the assigned equity portfolios;
• Daily communicating with asset managers on market risk and opportunity;
• Assist on both regular and ad-hoc reportings;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, top universities will be prioritized (985, Ivy League schools, etc.). Major in Mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or computer science is preferred;
• At least 3 - 5 years working experience in the equity related role. Personnal with similar working experience will be prioritized;
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel and have strong data analysis capabilities;
• Familiar with market, show deep understanding of different fixed income strategies
• Familiar with asset managers
• Strong quantitative and analytics skills, including the ability to understand concepts and assess situations in a timely manner.
