Assistant Agency Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyze agency performance metrics (e.g., recruitment numbers, active ratio, productivity per head) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement targeted interventions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure agents reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree of any discipline;
• At least 3 years in agency management, agency training or sales management in life insurance industry;
• Demonstrable track record of successfully growing an agency force, with knowledge of recruitment channels, agency dynamics, and productivity drivers;
• Experience in insurance selling and training/coaching is preferred;
• Good PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
