Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Product Development Dept

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing innovative, customer-centric products aligned with company strategy and diverse sales channels
• Analyze insurance product market trends to achieve competitive product positioning, drive timely implementation of product development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of new product launches and enhancements to existing products while meeting regulatory requirements
• Prepare product-related documentation
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Insurance/Actuarial Science or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of relevant experience with familiarity in insurance product development
• Experience in insurance/banking product development/marketing preferred
• Proactive, responsible, and organized with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English communication skills
