Airport Lounge Supervisor /機場貴賓室主任

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the Lounge
• Provide superior service to the guests
• Act as the communicator between kitchen, management, and dining server.
• Introduce menu items, service and lounge facilities to customers

Working Location:

Hong Kong Airport

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience from fining dining or hotels
• Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English

協助貴賓室 (Lounge) 的日常運作

為賓客提供優質服務

擔任廚房、管理層及餐飲前台服務員之間的溝通橋樑

向顧客介紹菜單項目、服務及貴賓室設施

工作地點：

香港國際機場

要求：

具備至少3年高級餐飲 (fine dining) 或酒店相關工作經驗

儀表端莊、以客為本、性格開朗及具備良好溝通技巧

卓越的賓客互動技巧

自我組織能力強、注重細節並具高度責任感

良好粵語、普通話及英語能力
