Sous Chef (Layers) 酥房副主管– Bakehouse (Chai Wan)

Job Duties 工作內容:

• Assist Head Chef in supervising the layers team for daily operations
  協助酥房主管以管理烘焙團隊以維持日常烘焙運作
• Prepare our signature viennoiseries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart...etc)  
  協助製作我們招牌維也納甜酥麵包(牛角酥，丹麥酥，酸種蛋撻...等等)
• Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards
  管理食物準備過程並確保過程符合指定食物安全標準
• Report maintenance issues to Head Chef
  向酥房主管上報有關烘焙器材之保養及維修事項
• Compile daily food orders
  按照指示製作每日所需的烘焙食品

Requirements 要求:

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in bakery industry is an advantage
  需要五年或以上飲食業相關經驗，具麵包店經驗者會被優先考慮
• Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English & Mandarin
  操流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話
• Good communication skills
  良好的溝通能力
• Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team
  有良好的團隊合作精神
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Chef de Partie
  經驗較少者會被考慮為高級烘焙師
