About the Role

As a Bell Attendant (行李服務員), you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to the reception desk and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Deliver newspapers, messages and packages to guest rooms.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 禮貌迎接並協助客人於抵達及離開時搬運行李
• 護送客人前往接待處，並協助安排交通接送
• 將報紙、訊息及包裹送達客房
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry.
• Reliable and customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• 至少一年酒店或服務行業經驗
• 可靠、以客為本，並擁有良好溝通能力的團隊合作夥伴
