Job Responsibilities:
Provide all-rounded admin support to the department, including but not limited to preparation of reports, presentations PPT, org chart, training and meeting materials
Assist the Department Head and the department in organizing marketing activities to promote business and maintaining client rapport
Support the Department Head in managing the department, including but not limited, tracking the performance of sub-teams and/or Regional Heads
Assist the Department Head in implementation and execution of business strategies and management tools
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for providing appropriate supports promptly
Act as a Point of Contact between immediate department and CBD central team, managing communication, information flow, and ensuring alignment on projects or goals
Support other ad-hoc business initiatives / administrative support duties assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in business related field preferred
At least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to details
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
