DALLOYAU Captain / Assistant Captain (French Cafe @ AdmiraltyPP) 部長/副部長 (金鐘太古廣場)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the café
• Provide superior service to the guests
• Act as the communicator between kitchen, management, and dining & retail team
• Introduce menu items, French pastry, chocolates, macarons and beverages to customers

Working Location:

• Admiralty (Pacific Place)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience from high-end cafés or cake shops or luxury hotels
• Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English

Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Captain.
