About the Role

As a Concierge Host, you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage storage, pick-up and delivery of parcels, newspaper and messages.
• Assist guests with travel arrangements, visa applications and transportation requests.
• Provide updated recommendations on restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Concierge Department of luxury Hotels.
• Reliable, customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
