A typical day in this role:

• Handle inbound calls, email and Business WhatsApp communication to maintain quality services level and resolve customer complaints
• Responsible for issuing product notes / promotion
• Deliver product training / trading system demo to bank & brokerage
• Assist in all products user acceptance test 

About you:

• Degree in Business / Finance related disciplines or above
• Strong customer service mind-set and high dedication to service excellence
• Capacity to multi-task and work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Relevant customer service or financial institution working experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
