Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the duty in-charge for the hotel during the overnight shift, handling all guest interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures.
- Handle all guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and effectively, finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Perform nightly audits, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for management.
- Complete all required end-of-day financial and operational reporting with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process reservations and manage room inventory for the following day.
- Ensure the front desk, lobby, and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the shift.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of front desk experience in a hotel environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior agent role.
- Proven experience working overnight or late-night shifts.
- Proficiency in property management systems Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- In-depth understanding of night audit procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Unwavering integrity and a strong sense of responsibility for guest and employee safety.
